Olde Hearth Bread Company - Serving customers in Central Florida for over eight years. We take pride in the quality of our breads and pastries, using natural yeast starters and no preservatives. All of our products are baked daily at the bakery.

All breads are shaped by hand and baked in our Llopis (yo-pis) or Pavailler ovens. The Llopis oven is a modern day version of the authentic ovens found in the old abbeys of France, Italy and Spain.

The results are beautiful hand shaped breads with a hearty, crisp crust, moist interior and a robust flavor that characterizes true European Artisan breads.

Our Master Bakers

Shannon Talty, a graduate of the renowned Culinary Institute of America and The School of Hospitality Management at Florida International University, has over 20 years of baking experience. He spent his time perfecting his craft in Europe and in California at the "Acme Bread Company".

Janice Brahm, a culinary graduate who worked her way up to the job of "Head Baker" at the Old School Bakery in Delray, Florida, She has been with the Olde Hearth Bread Co. since it's beginning and now is a partner and General Manager.
