We are excited about having the opportunity to be your bread supplier. We are the premier artisan bread company in Central Florida.
Our goal is to provide you with exceptional service in addition to our excellent products.
Following are the operating policies that will allow us to be one of your best suppliers.
Because we produce all of our products by hand and use natural yeast in our products we need to receive your order two days in advance of your desired delivery date.
For example, for orders that you want delivered on Wednesday the order must be placed with us by 12:00 pm on Monday.
Because many of our products are shaped by hand they will vary slightly in size and shape (this rustic look is part of the attraction of artisan breads). All of our pan made products will be uniform in size and shape.
We can receive your orders in one of two ways.
- You can call in your order for delivery two days before the delivery date
- or you can have standing orders (pars) arranged with us for each day of the week.
If you elect to set up par orders with us you can call two days before any scheduled delivery date to increase or decrease the order.
- Artisan breads do not contain any preservatives and consequently need to be consumed in a timely manner.
- We deliver seven days a week. We need a two-hour delivery window for our deliveries i.e. 9:00am to 11:00am.
- Our terms are net seven days. In order to receive the discount that we offer to our wholesale customers we require that you meet these payment terms.
- The minimum order for all deliveries is $25.00.
